We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to assist Chelmsford City Council’s Facilities Management Team with the management of the Civic Centre site and ensure the venue hire (Civic) facilities are coordinated effectively and to an excellent level of service.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to become a vital team member who would assist the Facilities Manager in coordinating the operational function and associated facilities management activities on the Civic Centre site, ensuring that all statutory regulations and performance standards are met, manage service contracts and that all users can effectively and safely carry out their service functions, as well as providing facilities for public access and external hires.
The successful applicant will be based mostly at the Civic Centre Offices in Chelmsford, but you may be required to travel to sites within the district.
