Category, Brand & Marketing Manager - Healthcare I am currently supporting a Medical Device company looking for a proactive Category, Brand & Marketing Manager to drive the full product lifecycle for their O/L and Tertiary brands. This role combines brand management, category strategy, and marketing execution so is a great role for someone looking to take ownership across a real variety of work Key Responsibilities Your role will be invaluable and will span across: Corporate Marketing Conduct research to shape brand strategies. Maintain the corporate website and social media presence. Uphold brand guidelines and drive ESG initiatives. Manage PR efforts and monitor marketing budget effectiveness. Customer Marketing Collaborate on customer marketing strategies and create tailored assets. Develop content for trade shows, presentations, and social media. Act as the main contact for charity and licensor partnerships. Category Management Analyze data to uncover industry trends and consumer insights. Conduct market reviews and primary research. Develop long-term category strategies and manage product ranges. Oversee product life cycles from concept to shelf, including exit strategies. Brand Creation Define brand positioning and manage brand guidelines. Lead annual brand planning and communication strategies. Oversee social media management and brand photography. Essential Skills 5-10 years of experience in brand/category/marketing roles. Proven track record of commercial success. Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Desirable Skills FMCG experience, especially within UK grocery/high street multiples. Leadership experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry.
