We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person in the office. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the face and voice of our busy practice. This role requires someone who’s organized, computer savvy, calm under pressure, and able to multitask efficiently. When the phones quiet down, there’s time to handle other duties—so we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, receptive to learning, and keeps things moving. Daily Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a kind, professional manner Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance and patient information Maintain accurate patient records in our system Prepare paperwork for appointments and billing Collect and process payments; log all transactions Order and track office supplies Keep sensitive information confidential Communicate with patients, staff, and insurers clearly and professionally Take on additional office tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Comfortable working independently Quick thinker and problem solver Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with phones and office equipment Detail-oriented and organized Able to prioritize and meet deadlines High school diploma required Knowledge of anatomy or medical codes is a plus COVID-19 vaccination required Why You’ll Love Working Here We offer great pay, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to truly make a difference in our patients’ lives.
