VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our major Public Sector client, a large and well-known organisation with the recruitment of a Customer Support Advisor to join their team based in Antrim.
This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position. Temporary contract expected to last for a minimum of 6 months.
Salary:

Responsibilities:
* Supervise customer service teams at designated locations.
* Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Handle escalated customer issues and service recovery.
* Support customer complaint management and reporting.
* Assist with customer service strategy implementation.
* Manage telephone systems and voicemail.
* Support event bookings and service promotions.
* Ensure availability of customer information and resources.
* Provide feedback to improve customer service systems.
* Promote events, services, and local attractions.
* Develop and deliver customer service training.
* Assist with customer service software implementation.
* Help analyse customer service data.
* Manage uniform ordering.
* Provide general administrative support.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) to include English Language and Maths.
* Minimum of two years' experience in a customer services function.
* Experience in switchboard, reception and handling payments.
* A minimum of 12 months experience dealing with a high volume of calls.
* Experience in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office.
* Access to a suitable form of transport.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role including operating a customer management information system and managing a team of customer service advisors.
