We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and efficient Administrator with great attention to detail to join our friendly care home in Cheltenham on a part time basis, working 25 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to the service and completing returns as directed
* Inputting accurate and timely information into the Trust housing management system and producing reports as required
* Preparing invoices, recording payments and expenditure, bank income and managing the service petty cash budget within Trust Policy
* Assisting with arranging supervision of staff where appropriate and supervising Administrative Bank Staff and students based in the office
* Assisting in the management of the referral process within the service to achieve agreed occupancy levels
* Processing all incoming and outgoing mail, including emails and faxes, and typing letters, reports, minutes and other documentation
* Managing the office diary
* Ensuring that all maintenance issues that relate to the office are appropriately reported and that remedial action is taken
A satisfactory standard DBS is required for this role and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.

About The Knole
The Knole is a Registered care home for men with multiple needs, including substance misuse, mental health needs or a learning disability. It is located in Cheltenham. The project is a Forensic Step-Down facility with a small friendly team of 16 and we have 15 clients.
