Personal Assistant to Regional Director
Salary: 31,200.00
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Mon to Fri 09:00 - 17:00, 30 minute lunch

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to become a personal assistant to the regional director at our fantastic site?
We are looking for an experienced personal assistant with motortrade experience and knowledge of dealership processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

On a daily basis this will involve:
* Extensive diary management; arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and organising catering.
* Organising travel arrangements and settling expenses.
* Collating information and preparing agendas for meetings; circulating agendas and background documentation prior and minute taking and follow-up of action points taken.
* In the absence of the Regional Director, act as the first point of contact to sort, field and action all incoming correspondence where appropriate.
* Preparation of reports, emails, letters and other documents using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Manage the Centralised Switchboard Team based at the Chesterfield site.
* Responsible for conducting Health and Safety checks at the Chesterfield branch and coordinating Health and Safety activities across the Region.
* Support facilities management and schedule the work of the maintenance team.
