As a Reception/Year 1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing the development of the youngest students during the Spring and Summer terms. Your responsibilities will include:
-Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
-Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
-Building strong partnerships with students, parents, and colleagues.
-Assessing and monitoring students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
-Fostering a love for learning and a smooth transition from Reception to Year 1.
Qualifications and Qualities:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
-A recognized teaching qualification.
-Experience or a strong affinity for teaching Reception and Year 1 students.
-A passion for early childhood education.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Dedication to the holistic development and well-being of young learners.
