We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
Duties
- Manage office staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, correspondence, and record keeping
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and staff in a professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of human resources practices is desirable
