Responsibilities
1. Financial management - handle budgets, expenditure control, monitoring, reporting, annual accounts, utilities and debts
2. Block management - Prioritise client satisfaction, plan maintenance schedules, organise site inspections, manage any reported maintenance issues correctly and always abide with Health and Safety, be fully conversant with the head lease, oversee insurances, maintain administrative duties correctly, attend board meetings, ensure everyone is compliant with legislation, report to line regularly, arrange parking and contract management
Requirements
Education:
AIRPM/ATPI or higher (or a willingness to study)
Experience:
1. In long leasehold block management (3+ years), with a good understanding of current legislation affecting residential property management
2. Understanding of residential leases, statutory compliance issues and CDM regulations
3. Experience of budget management, financial control and delivery of cost efficiencies
4. Working knowledge of management, systems and maintenance
Skills:
1. Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
2. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
3. Good problem-solving skills
4. Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft programmes
5. Good team player and ability to build strong relationships
