What You Will Do:
The BMS Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery within their designated region. Responsibilities include sales-to-operations handovers, supply chain engagement, managing engineers, and ensuring successful project completion and post-completion support. This role offers varied daily tasks and involves close collaboration with customers, account management, Construction Managers, and project engineering teams.

How You Will Do It:
11. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
12. Conduct sales handovers to understand the scope of work
13. Oversee health, safety, and environmental management for all projects in your portfolio
14. Provide direction, control, and implementation of projects
15. Manage the commercial performance of projects
16. Monitor, review, and report project progress to customers, senior PMs, leaders, and staff
17. Drive standardization across the organization
18. Engage with Supply Chain & Subcontract organizations, manage third-party contracts, project quality, and commercial accounts
19. Provide regular reports to project leadership
20. Undertake risk reviews
21. Maintain relevant professional certifications and licenses
22. Mentor and develop junior team members
23. Validate assumptions during solution design, build detailed cost estimates and scopes of work, assist in proposals and other customer communications
What We Look For:
Required:
24. Experience in BMS and control systems
25. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
26. Ability to manage and influence internal & external stakeholders
27. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
28. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
29. Experience managing large projects (£2-£4M in value) with a track record of successful delivery
30. Team player with experience managing remote resources
31. Strong financial and commercial acumen
32. Valid CSCS site card & SSSTS certification
Preferred:
33. Experience in datacentres/critical infrastructure environments
34. Experience with construction sites and M&E main contractors
35. High-level BMS knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
36. Knowledge of Metasys, Tridium, Trend, or other BMS platforms
