Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Cold Start
Our clients are a family business who are very well established within the Residential Lettings/Property Management sector within the areas of Dartford/North Kent, Greenwich, Bexley/Belvedere/South East London areas.
Due to a carefully planned expansion, they are now ready to expand into Residential Sales and are seeking a talented property professional to join the team and assist the Senior Sales Negotiator with this expansion into residential sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Phoning out and prospecting for new business.
2. Booking in viewings and market appraisals.
3. Phoning out on properties, booking viewings and negotiating offers on properties.
4. General sales negotiator duties.
5. Responding to emails from stakeholders, vendors, solicitors, buyers, etc.
6. Updating information within Excel Spreadsheets and Property Software.
7. Answering incoming calls.
8. Sourcing new business.
9. Keeping a general diary of office admin.
10. Emailing out the Property Database.
11. Assisting various clients/employees coming into the office.
12. Maintaining general housekeeping within the office.
The Ideal Candidate will:
1. Ideally have 1+ years’ experience within Estate Agency and Residential Sales.
2. Be motivated to grow the business organically.
3. Always willing to ensure the highest level of customer service.
4. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work with multinational individuals.
5. Time management and organizational skills.
6. Ability to use various Microsoft Office programs.
Remuneration:
1. £22,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary whilst you build the pipeline.
2. Once a pipeline is established, an appropriate commission package will be put together to reflect your performance levels.
3. If successful, this role could progress into a Branch Management position, with an appropriately revised salary package.
