We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. In this strategic role, you will provide expert financial leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management within the Clifton College education group. Your contributions will be essential in driving financial performance, supporting sound decision-making, and fostering the long-term growth and sustainability of the Group.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially minded finance professional with a deep understanding of the operational and financial nuances of independent schools. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across various departments to ensure effective budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. This role is pivotal in helping the school achieve its financial objectives while maintaining a sustainable operating model and delivering an exceptional educational experience.
Strong financial expertise, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role, as you will be advising and influencing non-financial stakeholders at all levels. A passion for working in the education sector and a solid understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities faced by independent schools are key to success in this position.
