Description
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
* Processing invoices and expense forms
* Maintaining the petty cash system
* Performing credit control duties
* Assisting with budget preparation
* Ensuring financial records are kept up to date
* Exposure to Payroll.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Experience in a similar role previously
* Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. SAGE preferred but not essential.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skills
