We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Gas and Heating Client who are currently hiring Call Centre Agents/Administrators.
Location: Potters Bar
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, weekly pay, one week in arrears
Pay: £14.86 per hour for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, upon passing probation, you will be offered a PAYE Permanent Role.
Description:
1. Job Scheduling
2. Efficiently book and plan maintenance jobs
3. General Administration
4. Upload data onto the company system.
5. Handle filing and scanning tasks
6. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
7. Liaise with tenants to ensure they are informed about updates.
8. Social Housing Interaction
9. Deal with social housing tenants professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in the UK's administrative sector/Customer Service Sector.
2. Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Immediate start date or Mid October Start.
