Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Location: London, South East, Home Counties
As a HVAC Aircon Engineer, you will have overall responsibility for the works you carry out on site. The primary role of this position is to carry out the required works to ensure that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are in correct and compliant working order.
You will be expected to have good customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers as and when required.

Responsibilities
* The HVAC Aircon Engineer will be carrying out:
* Small project work
* Reactive and emergency jobs to include installations and repairs
* Fault Finding
Qualifications / Experience
To be successful in the HVAC Aircon Engineer role you must have:
* Experience in the commercial sector
* At least 3 years’ experience working in a FM company
* The FGAS qualification is not essential but is desirable for this position
* Full UK Driving Licence
