Due to growth I am supporting a leading construction company based in Farringdon who are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards. Oversee risk assessments, ensuring all necessary documentation is recorded and up to date. Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), tracking responses and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. Prepare, update, and manage Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M Manuals) for project handovers. Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks, including emails, reports, and project coordination. Ensure documents are stored securely and are easily accessible through document management systems. Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure document control processes run efficiently. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry. Strong understanding of risk assessments, RFIs, and O&M manuals. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and support project teams effectively. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
