Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks. This is a very interesting and versatile role, and flexibility with working hours is a must. There is opportunity for advancement. Pay will be dependent on skills and qualifications.
Responsibilities
1. Supervising and coordinating maintenance work
2. Providing excellent customer service when interacting with residents or clients
3. Reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes
4. Conducting welding tasks as needed
5. Working with logic controllers to diagnose issues
6. Performing electrical maintenance and repairs
7. Maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment
8. Demonstrating leadership skills when overseeing maintenance projects
9. Setting up different lines as needed, out of normal hours when required
10. Work will be required over the three sites we have.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
2. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience
3. Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment
4. Familiarity with electrical systems and components
5. Capability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Driving licence essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
