Job Summary
This role will involve working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives. You'll be required to manage the store safely, legally, and efficiently, while also developing and implementing new ideas and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating the store team, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
* Delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets
* Ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
* Implementing new ideas and initiatives, and measuring their effectiveness
Requirements

* Able to work independently and as part of a team
