About the Role
* HR Business Partner – Drive Change, Shape Culture! Location: Liverpool City Region, must be able to travel between our Head Office in Kensington and Schools in Sefton and Liverpool
* Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week)
* Salary: Grade 6, SPC 24-29
* Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner

What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees
* Leading on employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning
* Supporting change management and organisational development
* Ensuring HR compliance and legal adherence
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
* Using HR data and analytics to drive decisions
Personal Qualities
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
* A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
* Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
