The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving annual revenue targets of approximately £10m-£20m, while building a pipeline of opportunities worth around £100m for the following calendar year, specifically within the UKI Industrial and Commercial sector for CBS products and services. This role is primarily field-based, with the expectation of working one day per week from either the Windsor, Berks office or Salford, Manchester office. We're supporting the journey to net zero, with energy services that help organisations to balance the demands of planet and profit.
Here's what we're looking for:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies for high-value Industrial and Commercial (I&C) customers, utilizing the Miller Heiman or a comparable strategic selling methodology
2. Achieve annual revenues of approximately £10m-£20m, while building an unweighted opportunity pipeline of around £100m for the following year within the UKI Industrial and Commercial sector
3. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events, while leading the execution of client-facing marketing initiatives, such as webinars and other promotional activities
4. Consistently maintain and update the Salesforce database with pipeline opportunities and contract wins, while delivering regular KPI reports and sales forecasts to the Senior Management Team
