They are a business that offer design and manufacturer of Fashion accessories to include bags, belts, wallets and giftware to the high street with a portfolio of private label customers and their own branded division. They now have a new opportunity to join their team as a Sales Coordinator. This position is to be based full time in the office.
Sales Coordinator - The Role:
* Carry out general sales admin tasks and order processing as required to allow the smooth day to day workflow of the sales department.
* Resolve any post-delivery invoice queries, including debit or credit notes.
* Work collaboratively with accounts team to resolve any overdue payments.
* Processing new sales leads - Assigning new customers to agents and processing new customer applications on the website.
* Assigning customers on the system to the correct region and agents.
* Update weekly stock sold-out lists and forward to agents and the sales office.
* Building and maintaining customer/client relationships over the phone, via email and face to face when exhibiting at tradeshows.
* Providing great customer service and personalised communication whilst exceeding expectations.
* Ensure all areas of administration are prepared for Xmas / Father's Day /Mother's Day and other key trading events in the calendar.
* Providing data and reports to support the Head of Sales, Sales Executive and Senior Sales Coordinator.
* Share feedback from agents and customers to help product reviews, stock issues, and any non-sales related issues.
* Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, relevant problems and post-sale care to customers.
* Assist with preparation and attend tradeshows as required.
Sales Coordinator - The Candidate:
* Experience of working in a sales/office environment is desirable
* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience of a sales order processing system (desirable, but full training can be given)
* Confident and friendly approach to dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated and able to work proactively
* Team player
* Positive can-do approach
* Must live within an easily commutable distance and drive
Sales Coordinator - The Package:
* Salary depending on experience
