We are looking for a Business/Client Development Manager, whose key role is to develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with Main Contractors and Developers.
Our client specializes in the manufacturing, converting, and distribution of surface protection films, adhesive tapes, membranes, and other associated products into the construction sector. They are a specialist supplier to the construction industry, primarily window fabricators, facade manufacturers, and modular building manufacturers. Their vision is to help construction create safer, higher performance buildings with structural integrity.
The main purpose of the role is to support team-wide focus on pipeline projects, working to gain vital information from sites, contracts, and customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
2. Calling prospects and securing their business for all relevant products
3. Booking meetings with key prospects
4. Presenting to key prospects
5. Following up all new enquiries into the business
6. Following up all opportunities
7. Maintaining a clean and up-to-date CRM + Pipeline
8. Handing over all won customers to the regional account manager for ongoing customer care
9. Prepared to travel and sometimes outside of core working hours
10. Prepared to spend two weeks at HQ in the UK for induction training and onboarding
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
