Requirements:
8. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Surveyor or similar role.
9. Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
10. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
11. Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
