Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis. Collaborate with clients to understand briefs, develop strategies, and contribute to creative planning. Manage project delivery, ensuring that campaigns meet client expectations and add value. Facilitate client briefings and oversee the entire creative process, from briefing to execution. Requirements: Extensive experience in a Retail Design Studio or working on Retail Marketing Campaigns. Prior experience managing retail clients, with a preference for those in the Fashion or Sports sectors. Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on strategic development and creative solutions.
