This function will be key to maximising the number of motivated participants who go on to participate in our program of outreach and development services on their journey to sustained employment.
Responsible for all administration related duties to ensure Managers, Employment Advisors, Community Partnership Network and Employer Teams are supported.
Responsible for office/field team petty cash reconciliations.Responsible for all purchase orders and purchase cards and related ordering to ensure smooth running of office/field operations.Where a fixed Maximus site is required, the branch coordinator will be responsible for maintaining site Health and safety, security and safeguarding procedures, ordering of supplies, be the main point of contact for the site and keep an accurate diary system of anyone visiting the site.Where outreach sites are utilised for service delivery, the branch coordinator will administer all aspects of booking space, occupation and invoicing partners.
