As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions Strategy (SCSS) team, this role will be responsible for driving the innovation pipeline within the Operations Technology Solutions - Supply Chain (OTS-SC) organization. We are seeking a Solutions Strategy Manager to lead our service innovation initiatives within the Operations Technology Solutions organization. As the Service Innovation Lead, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing new supply chain services that enhance our operational capabilities and drive business growth. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end innovation lifecycle, from ideation to implementation. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer and operational insights alongside competitive analysis to inform our service portfolio strategy. You'll develop and maintain robust portfolio analytics to support data-driven decision-making and identify emerging trends and opportunities in the supply chain landscape. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Planning teams, and Product Management, you will translate market insights into actionable service enhancements and new offerings. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to help scale SC services through innovative integrations to align with our global services portfolio and technical standards This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to balance innovation with practical implementation. You should be adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive our supply chain services forward.
