Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Development Lead who will form part of the Research and Innovation Team which is part of the Education and Research Directorate at DBTH. The post holder will be instrumental in supporting and growing research activity and recruitment, leading as appropriate in research governance whilst increasing the Trust's research skills, knowledge and capacity base, via supporting and leading (as appropriate) the delivery of the Trust's Research and Innovation Strategy. Main duties of the job Working closely with the R&I team, the wider research team, Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN), Trust Colleagues and other external partners, to support the active research portfolio at the Trust and ensure all studies across the organisation, within the Portfolio, are undertaken to the highest standards within timelines and meeting recruitment targets.
