Part Time Office Manager
Swindon - Office based
Monday - Thursday - 9.00am - 3.00pm
Friday - 9.00am - 2.00pm
The hourly rate will be £15.00.
This is a temporary role which will go permanent after the successful completion of 12 weeks.
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Office Manager to join our client based in Swindon.
The person appointed will:
1. Be well organised, thorough, and accurate.
2. Be able to work independently but also as part of a team.
3. Be prepared to work flexibly within the office environment.
4. Be prepared to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and engage fully with all members of the company.
Essential Skills:
1. Mandatory experience with Sage.
2. Manufacturing and administrative background.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
Role Responsibilities:
1. As Office Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the office.
2. Sales ledger duties including responsibility of accounts receivable on Sage.
3. Provide full administration and support to the business.
4. Processing orders and liaising with customers.
5. Planning the production for the shop floor.
6. Overseeing the progress of the manufactured goods on the shop floor in preparation for dispatch.
7. Booking the couriers for customer deliveries.
