Early Years Support Coordinator
Location: Oxford, OX3
Salary: £83.50 - £90 dependent on experience
Hours: Full-Time (term-time only)

There is an excellent opportunity to be immersed in a supportive Early Years Infant school, as an Early Years Support Coordinator. Collaborating with your team of 6 colleagues providing the framework of their education and developmental progress.
Your Responsibilities
1. Coordinating and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
2. Supporting the EYFS team in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where Oxford children feel valued and safe.
3. Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure every child's individual needs are met.
4. Monitoring and documenting Early Years children's progress and development.
5. Promoting positive behaviour and supporting children with additional needs.
About You
The ideal Early Years Support Coordinator will:
1. Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent (essential).
2. Have experience working with EYFS students in a school or nursery setting.
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills in Education and Training.
4. Be a team player with a proactive, compassionate, and flexible approach.
5. Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
