We have a fantastic opportunity within our Family Support and Child Protection Service. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced (or aspiring) team manager who is eager to lead, inspire, and drive performance of a group of 5 Social Workers and a Consultant Social Worker. What You'll Do:
:Lead and Manage: Oversee the day:to:day operations of a dedicated team, ensuring quality assessments and support for children in need, child protection, pre:proceedings, and care proceedings.
:Inspire Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high standards, promoting the values and principles that underpin our practice.
:Collaborate and Innovate: You will work together to develop and implement innovative solutions that transform our services
