Client Relationship Co-Ordinator
We are seeking an experienced Client relationship co-ordinator to join a thriving dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving exceptional customer service, providing the highest quality with the quickest delivery, and up-selling using our strong unique selling proposition and well-earned reputation. This role requires a focused customer service approach and consistently demonstrates excellent communication and professionalism.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle requests for quotations and follow up on backlogs, working closely with the logistics department and external warehouse.
* Answer calls, manage general emails, and perform administrative tasks.
* Process inbound sales calls and purchase orders received via various channels.
* Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information required by customer via sales acknowledgment.
* Enter and approve sales orders from customer purchase orders.
* Recommend packaging needed on orders.
* Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry.
* Participate in the quality management system continuous improvement process relating to the sales function.
* Partner with customers to address their project needs and assist in finding solutions.
* Prepare documentation/nameplates to be shipped to customers.
* Provide backup for other Customer Service team members during holidays or leave.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Related experience in customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-starter, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to focus on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
* Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs and work effectively with a variety of situations and personalities.
* Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and professional maturity.
