Our client, socialising in town planning, is currently seeking a proactive Graduate Planning Officer to join their team. This permanent role will be based in their office, where you will work closely with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting research and analysis related to town planning projects
Preparing accurate and detailed reports on planning applications and proposals
Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
Assisting in the preparation and presentation of planning applications
Ensuring compliance with relevant planning policies and regulations
Providing technical support to senior planners as required
Participating in team meetings and contributing to project discussions
Job Requirements:
Understanding of town planning principles and practices
Strong technical communication skills
High level of accuracy in report writing and data analysis
Proactive and willing to learn and develop within the role

Bachelor's degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
