Accounts Administrator (Part Time)
Workplace IT is the UK’s leading provider of IT Outsourced Services to the Social Care, Assisted Living and Specialist Education Sector. We predominantly support enterprise level Commercial, NFP (Not For Profit) and Public Sector owned organisations with multiple locations and people across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a part time Accounts Administrator working circa two days per week to provide support to our existing, busy accounts team.
The Role
1. Production of monthly recurring invoicing.
2. Interim invoice services and software licences added mid-month.
3. Ad-hoc client project invoices.
4. Compare previous months recurring charges and keep updated.
5. Manage additions and removals to client agreement pricing.
6. Process purchase orders.
7. Process supplier invoices and check quote prices against supplier invoices.
8. Query discrepancies with suppliers.
9. Process DPD / Royal Mail invoices and match against quote.
About You
* Proven accounts administration background.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Extensive experience of working with Xero (or similar).
* Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel and Word).
Remuneration and Benefits:

Working Pattern:
* Option 1 | Two days per week : 9:00am to 5:30pm
* Option 2 | Two days per week : 10:00am to 4:00pm
Working Location:
You will be based from our King’s Lynn office.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Experience:
* Recent Accounts Administrator: 3 years (required)
* Xero (or Similar): 3 years (required)
* Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
