Allen & York are thrilled to be working with a leading independent provider of net zero carbon building performance and engineering services to architects, developers, and homeowners.
Our client is looking for a logical, motivated Senior Building Services Engineer, to manage a diverse and professional team of mechanical and electrical designers delivering a range of domestic and commercial projects.
You'll need to hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering related field, with comprehensive experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company. You'll have experience in the renewable energy, sustainability, or construction industries with a relevant project management qualification (such as Prince 2), knowledge of REVIT and BIM level 2 modelling. With an in-depth knowledge of team management, techniques, and best practices, you'll be able to demonstrate your strong leadership qualities, managing various projects and work to tight deadlines. An excellent communicator, you'll enjoy working collaboratively and alone as required.
