Based in Hove, the company prides itself on providing high-quality financial advice and creating long-term relationships with its clients. Description Assist in the administration of client portfolios and financial planning arrangements. Process new business applications and follow up with providers to ensure timely business processing. Prepare and compile financial analysis reports. Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Communicate with clients to answer queries and obtain information. Maintain client files in compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay updated with industry news and regulatory changes. Support the IFA team in any other administrative tasks as required. Profile A successful IFA Administrator should have: A solid background in financial services. Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office Suite. Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well within a team and individually. Good organisational and time management skills. Professionalism and a strong work ethic. Job Offer An estimated salary range of £28,000 - £32,000.
