Job Purpose
Providing 2nd/3rd Line IT support to our valued end-users. Proactively resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll uphold our company Service Level Agreements and contribute to the success of our Service Desk Team.
Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes
* 4 years of Service Desk IT Support experience.
* Could be Senior 2nd Line looking to step into 3rd Line.
* MSP Background
* M365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix …
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles.
* Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology.
* Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers.
* Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.).
* Eagerness to develop technical and customer service skills, coupled with excellent communication and time management abilities
