Carmichael are seeking a temporary Procurement Administrator to join a Construction Company based in Worcester.
Data Entry updates to enable accurate reporting
Review and amend data for our newly implemented ERP systems
Review and amend data consistency including supplier details and categorisation
Review and add missing data for cost coding records
Liaison with internal businesses to check data consistency
Liaison with Head of Procurement to review data issues and progress
Other duties include:
Any other duties required to assist the procurement department. Prepare and issue small material orders
As and when necessary, obtain material quotations in accordance with the Site Team’s/Contract requirements
Making card payments over the phone for small transactional requirements
To provide a complete administration function as required
Produce reports as required
