Our main hospital spans 8 floors comprising 150+ patient beds and 10 operating theatres, including a Hybrid theatre and two minimally invasive/day surgery theatres. Speciality areas include General surgery, ENT, Gynaecology, Hepatobiliary, Neuro-spinal, Ophthalmic, Orthopaedic, Plastic and reconstructive, Robotic, Urology, Vascular & Weight loss surgery (bariatric surgery).
Job Profile
As Health Advocate you will support the Head of Client Relations in administering the Health Concierge and High Profile Patient (HPP) pathways. Developing and maintaining robust, credible and professional relationships with patients/clients, consultants and all stakeholders. You will be responsible for the daily communication, execution and logistics during HPP and Health Concierge client visits. You will have a high degree of involvement and communications across multiple functions within the organisation to ensure that we deliver a highly personalised experience to HPP and Health Concierge service users across the hospital. You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and navigating the patient journey across a range of services delivered via the facility. In doing so, you will build long-term relationships with Consultants and clinic staff, assembling cross-functional teams to support the service (Operations, Nursing, Finance, Outpatients, International, Security).
* Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, a degree of flexibility required; occasional weekends and evenings. Expectation of on call duties (via telephone).
* Job Location: 5 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6HL (Close to Regents Park/Baker St tube stations).

What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as a key liaison for high-profile patients and Health Concierge service users.
* Coordinating and overseeing patient journeys to ensure a smooth and premium experience.
* Building strong relationships with patients, consultants, and internal teams (Operations, Nursing, Finance, Security, and more).
* Supporting the Head of Client Relations with daily operations, administration, and reporting.
* Ensuring all patient-related data and communications are recorded and maintained accurately.
