About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NetSuite Administrator to oversee and enhance our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it supports our business processes and drives organisational growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, customising, and maintaining NetSuite, paired with a strong understanding of operational workflows in a fast-paced business environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite ERP system, providing support across all business functions, and ensuring the platform meets organisational needs. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across finance, operations, IT, and more to optimise workflows, customise the system, and ensure smooth business operations. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver efficiencies, maintain compliance, and implement best practices within NetSuite. You could expect to: System Administration & Support Manage and optimise NetSuite operations, including user roles, permissions, data management, and system configuration, ensuring smooth processes and quick issue resolution. Oversee system security, monitor performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and document SOPs. Support seamless integration with platforms like BigCommerce and collaborate with IT for improvements. Customisation, Configuration & Process Optimisation Develop custom fields, workflows, scripts, and dashboards to enhance functionality across supply chain, CRM, and sales. Identify opportunities for automation and partner with stakeholders to implement solutions that drive efficiency. Analyse business processes, recommend NetSuite-driven improvements, and document workflows for training and reference. Data Management & Reporting Ensure data accuracy and consistency through audits, backups, and cleansing processes. Create advanced reports, saved searches, and KPIs to deliver actionable insights and meet business needs. Collaborate with teams to define reporting requirements and provide analytics that drive decision-making. Training, Support & Compliance Provide training and ongoing support to maximise NetSuite adoption and utilisation. Act as the primary contact for technical support, manage system upgrades, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Maintain documentation of configurations and align system use with internal controls and best practices. Global Expansion & Functionality Enhancement Lead the implementation of NetSuite for global expansion, ensuring processes align with organisational standards and local compliance. Configure and optimise manufacturing and supply chain modules, including inventory management, production scheduling, and demand planning. Identify automation opportunities and improve global operations with tailored NetSuite solutions. This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days per week on-site, either at our Brighton head office or Shoreham warehouse, depending on workload and business needs. About you: We’re seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with experience managing complex ERP systems. You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent experience, and ideally, a certification in NetSuite Administration or ERP implementation. We think you'll also need: Proficiency in NetSuite tools (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics) and Celigo is essential, along with a strong understanding of ERP processes such as inventory management, CRM, and finance. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
