Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic education environment where your contribution plays a key role in supporting students and helping maintain the flow of learning in the absence of regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising students during lessons and ensuring they remain on task with the work set.
* Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
* Ensuring that students follow instructions and complete assigned work.
* Providing support to students who need assistance or guidance.
* Reporting any issues or concerns to the school leadership team.
Key Requirements:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
* Good classroom management skills.
* Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
* An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures (Training can be provided).
