Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client to gain a Customer Service Team Leader. This position is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, just north of Petersfield.

Some of your duties for this will include:
Managing and influencing a team of Customer Service Advisors to deliver an excellent service
Providing training to all team members as required
Delivering 1-2-1’s and assessing the performance of the team
Accountability for KPI’s and SLA’s
Managing complex customer situations when required
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team of 5 or more. You will also be familiar with setting and monitoring KPI’s.
You will have fantastic organisational skills, be IT literate and be able to work well under pressure!
In return our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 DOE and some fantastic benefits, including; 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and on-site parking. As well as free; hot drinks, soft drinks, fruit and snacks!
