Location:
As a Support Worker at London Paramount Care, you’ll have a challenging but fulfilling job. Working with a small group of 2 to 3 vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and other complex needs, you’ll provide personalized care and create a calm, safe living environment.
You will offer a high level of care and support, enabling them to live the life they choose. This includes planning social and leisure activities, providing counseling, and escorting them on outings. Most importantly, you’ll help create a true home where everyone feels valued and supported.

What You’ll Do:
1. Deliver exceptional personal care, medication assistance, and daily living support.
2. Create a calm, safe, and engaging atmosphere by organizing social and recreational activities.
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop personalized care plans that encourage independence and choice.
4. Exemplify best practices in care while adhering to our safeguarding policies.

3. Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding support.
4. Flexibility to work long shifts and a willingness to obtain a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years.

Desired Criteria
Required Criteria
1. If not already attained, by the relevant date, attain the Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
2. Experience in working with vulnerable people in a residential setting.
3. Must hold a valid British driving licence and be willing to drive for the company.
4. Have a solid understanding of vulnerable adults or child development and children's needs.
