We are working with a marketing agency based in Leeds who are looking to recruit a part-time administrator to support the team on a regular, ad hoc basis. Providing administration support to the wider team 1-2 days a week; this is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and busy, creative setting. No two weeks will be the same, so a flexible and adaptable attitude is key for this role. Key duties will include:
1. Supporting the team on all projects
2. Logging all costs of projects
3. Reviewing and supporting all projects
4. Generating reports
5. Raising invoices
6. Proofreading of documents
7. File management - managing all artwork
This is a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced setting, working in the office 1-2 days a week. The successful candidate will have:
1. Previous experience in account and/or project management within a design or brand agency would be great but not essential
2. Excellent administration skills
3. A natural multitasker who can navigate challenges with creativity
4. Collaborative communicator
5. Strong understanding of MS Office & Adobe packages
