Location: 2 Days Travel to Leeds office Tues / Wed with occasional travel to Manchester

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with a passion for innovation. This role will be joining the already established ServiceNow Mastek UK managed service, which has recently been recognised as a ServiceNow partner.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development & Configuration:
1. Design, develop & implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations & flows.
2. Configure, support & maintain core applications such as ITSM, ITOM, PA, CSM, SPM, CSDM, CMDB, Employee Centre & Integration Hub.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
1. Serve as a technical lead providing guidance & best practices.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & analyse requirements, translating & documenting these into effective ServiceNow solutions.
3. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration & delivery of end-to-end solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
1. Stay current with ServiceNow best practices & industry trends to promote innovation.
2. Develop proof of concepts (POCs) for new ServiceNow features & capabilities.
3. Lead cross team initiatives to drive innovation ideas & see these through to fruition.
System Administration & Support:
1. Perform regular system & application maintenance, ensuring optimal performance & stability.
2. Troubleshoot & resolve issues, providing timely & effective support to end-users.
3. Conduct system audits (when required) & prepare comprehensive documentation.
Must Have Skills
1. Able to commute to the central Leeds office.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead developer role.
3. Extensive experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
4. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PA, CSDM, CMDB, Employee Centre & Integration Hub (REST & SOAP web services & API integrations).
5. Good understanding of ServiceNow out of the box architecture.
6. Proven experience in developing & implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform, driving thought leadership.
7. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
8. ITIL v4 qualified.
