Ward 4 is a forward-thinking 31-bedded Elderly Medical Ward caring for adults with complex medical and social needs.
We predominantly care for elderly, vulnerable adults where we can offer a safe, secure, and dementia-friendly environment. As a team, we believe in putting each patient at the heart of all our care, acting with integrity, respecting the individual, and adopting a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach for all our patients.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated staff member with excellent communication skills who wishes to work with an amazing patient-centered caring team.
This position is not currently eligible for a certificate of sponsorship in line with Home Office guidance as it does not appear on the skilled worker visa occupation list.

As a caring and compassionate HCSW, you will join our friendly team who put their patients at the heart of everything they do. You will undertake a range of clinical and clerical activities under the support and supervision of the trained nursing team, delivering high standards of nursing care while following the Trust's values and behaviors at all times.
You will work alongside our experienced nursing team, ward doctors, and other multi-disciplinary members to deliver safe and effective care. The successful candidate should be a team player, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure.
