Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Account Manager for our client based in Scotland.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring contract retention, and identifying opportunities to up-sell additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage customer relationships, delivering high-quality service and meeting annual sales targets.
* Negotiate and secure new contracts, as well as up-sell additional services at target profit margins.
* Assist in the mobilisation of new contracts and ensure smooth handovers.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
* Produce accurate cost estimates, quotations, and supporting sales documentation.
* Manage outstanding debt and ensure timely payments from clients.
* Maintain an up-to-date and active sales pipeline to support growth targets.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar Account Manager or Technical Sales role.
* Ideally, experience within building services, construction, or FM sectors.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Competent in using MS Office applications.
* Flexible and willing to travel throughout the UK, with overnight stays when required.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
Offering:
* Salary up to £40k per annum.
* Commission scheme paying additional £10-15k per annum
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
