Drive project success as the main interface between Score Group and clients. A sound technical knowledge and commercial acumen are essential for this role.
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
* Provide immediate support to all disciplines and interface function for all aspects of Score and customer organisations.
* Maximise opportunities and develop contractual work scope to improve working relationships with the customer base.
* Coordinate the planning process and contract performance to ensure delivery against contractual and internal KPIs.
* Attend client premises on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to promote Score Group services and new technologies.
* Manage new supply activities, including approval of purchase requisitions and maintenance of client specific requirements.
* Manage and report on PSV recertification and campaign activities.
* Manage and report on general valve, actuator, and PSV repair activities.
* Manage offshore work, compile CTRs, and approve close out reports.
* Approve invoicing in accordance with authorisation limits and financial review of job performance.
* Submit status reports as per client requirements.
* Manage work in progress and ensure the document is maintained and up to date at all times.
* Update the Score Internal client Contract Management Plans.
* Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the valve industry).
* Experience in a previous focal point or customer support role.
* Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional approach appropriate to the role.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
