Experience and ability to pick up the phone, and confidently chase debt due, as well as dealing with queries in a timely manner to ensure payment of account is made to terms. Experience of processing Direct Debit payments on a monthly basis, resolving any related queries, such as copy invoices. Ensuring and maintaining the Dealer Accounts ensuring that payment is made to terms, and confidently chasing the debt of overdue accounts. Working closely with our operation teams to resolve customer queries.
