Account Manager \n\nWe have registered a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Account Manager to join this growing team. Due to their continued success, our client is seeking an adaptable, autonomous professional to manage pivotal client relationships and liaise with the wider account management team.\n\nAccount Manager Responsibilities\n\nThis position will involve, but will not be limited to:\n\nBuild relationships with clients and key stakeholders, managing their expectations and agreed objectives, demonstrating an understanding of their needs, challenges, and priorities\n\nEnsure projects have a clear strategy in place to achieve growth, by working with key stakeholders to understand pressure points and challenges, alongside wider initiatives and plans\n\nRegular communications with clients to identify their objectives and challenges, and making recommendations\n\nOversee reporting and analysis, monitor activity data and trends, and mitigate risk\n\nWork with other Account Managers to identify trends, challenges and opportunities\n\nProvide guidance and tools to promote teamwork and training, and support the success of the Account Executive\n\nAccount Manager Benefits\n\nAlongside a competitive salary, you will receive 25 days annual leave, Private Healthcare, 5% Pension Contribution (employer and employee), Training and Development opportunities and a Bonus Incentive scheme\n\nThe Company\n\nOur client is people-centered specialist agency.\n\nThere will be a 2-3 stage interview process including a presentation task.\n\nAccount Manager Essentials\n\nPrevious experience as an Account Manager, overseeing multiple projects, and confident presenting to clients in person and via video\n\nExcellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders\n\nA strong multitasker with excellent planning and organisational skills\n\nHigh attention to detail, experienced in handling data and a confident user of MS Excel\n\nA positive, energetic and engaging professional\n\nA keen problem solver with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and work collaboratively \n\nIf you have Account Management experience from within the Medical or Healthcare sector it would be an advantage. \n\nLocation\n\nBased in central Oxford, this is a hybrid-working role, with 1-2 days a week in the office dependent on the needs of the business.You will be required to be in the office more frequently during the induction and onboarding stage.
