HR Project Manager
As part of our renowned international hospitality and real estate group, PPHE, we are on the lookout for an HR Project Manager to be based in our London Waterloo Headquarters. In this pivotal HR Project Manager role, you’ll help our HR team programme our transformational projects and oversee their delivery, while also taking charge of driving and managing some key HR projects directly, guiding them from inception through to successful completion.
Main role requirements:
Shape the Future: a flavour of what we’re working on:
* Work with the HR Operations and HR Technology teams on new systems implementation and the related transformational automation, analytics development and digitalisation workstreams.
* Work with the Talent team on DEI strategies and initiatives, launching large scale leadership development projects, and updating our Employee Value Proposition.
* Work with the broader HR and Reward team on policy development and upgrades to our internal communications technology.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Lead with Impact - inspire and guide a diverse team of HR professionals, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
* Stay Ahead of the Game - proactively monitor project progress, identifying potential risks.
* Deliver Excellence: Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards while exceeding stakeholder expectations.
* Communicate with Clarity - keep stakeholders and senior management updated on project status and milestones.
* Develop and maintain thorough project documentation for seamless tracking and future reference.
* Reflect and Improve - conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will have:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
* Experience in hospitality and HR projects will be beneficial.
* Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
